Shipping Policy

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

Rest of world       Standard             7-14 working days (Mon-Sat delivery)
 

The above delivery times are generally correct, but for certain rural or remote areas there may be an extra day added. Delivery may also take longer over public holidays and during busy periods such as Christmas.

 

Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email to let you know. If your order has failed to arrive within the above stated times, please click here to email us. Please note orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

 

International Customers

International customers are responsible for the customs rates and taxes within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

 

Important

If an item looks damaged then it should be refused. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN FOR DAMAGED PACKAGES. Failure to follow these instructions could mean you end up with a damaged item and unable to make a claim. The signature box that the delivery person will be asking you to sign confirms that you are happy with the condition of your item and the delivery company may simply say that the goods were damaged by you after delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we accept returns on un-worn merchandise within 30 days of order date (in their original packaging and label accompanied by the invoice or delivery note) .
